ACE Kick Off in Lafarge Jordan

More than 90 employees from all locations met on Thursday 13th July, 2017 to kick off ACE in Jordan.
ACE Team from Zurich came to witness this important event and to share the change framework approach in addition to strength based approach.
Horia Adrian Head of Transformation and ACE explained the story of ACE. The teams worked in different groups to dream and imagine how would the future Company look like and what are our strengths.
