30 Laboratory Tests and more are used to certify the raw materials and the concrete in its different phases. The laboratory tests cover all aspects throughout production process; starting from the raw materials stage reaching the hardened concrete, including fresh concrete and durability tests.
60,000 Cubes were tested in 2016.
On daily basis, we measure the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, one sigma and two sigma limits and several other measures.
Zero Failure is our objective and we are committed to quality, consistency and performance to achieve it. |

Automated Production System |

We produce concrete in fully automated, state of the art batching systems; this ensures unhampered and high quality concrete for our customers. The recipes are built by the Quality Department and produced with no human intervention.
